We send you images of the actual fault and a written quote. Nothing happens until you say yes.

You get it back
Delivered to you, washed, with the invoice and the old parts if you want them.
Inside the workshop
Nine bays. One rule. Nothing gets replaced before you have seen it.
Every fault is photographed on the lift, sent to you on WhatsApp, and priced in writing. If the part turns out to be fine, we tell you that instead of selling you one.

Yes, and the invoice lists the part number. If you prefer aftermarket to save money we will tell you the difference and let you choose.
How much will my repair cost?
Message us your model and the symptom and we will give you a range before you come in. The written quote comes after diagnostics.
Do you offer pickup?
Free pickup and drop-off anywhere in Dubai.
How long will it take?
Most servicing is same day. Larger repairs depend on parts. We tell you the date up front and message you if it changes.
Can I watch the work?
Yes. There is a waiting area and you are welcome in the bay with us.
Do you handle insurance jobs?
We can quote for insurance work but we are not an approved centre for every provider. Ask us about yours.
What about warranty?
Six months on labour, and the manufacturer warranty on parts.
